Do you ship internationally?
Not currently, but maybe as my business grows things will change.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Not always. Due to the fact that I often use recycled paper in creating my stickers they are not made with waterproof materials. Each product should have description that tells you whether it is waterproof or not.
What is your processing time?
We ship orders within3-5 business days unless stated otherwise (vacation will increase processing/shipping).
Please note: this does not include the time it takes to get to you, just the time to process, pack, and drop your order off at the postal service.
Refund Policy
Currently refunds are not available. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective please email willowswitchart@gmail.com with a picture of the defective item within 3 days of receiving your order. If we determine that there is a major issue with the product, we will do our best to fix it!
Can I cancel my order?
Non preorder purchases can be canceled and refunded up until they have been shipped. Once they have shipped it is too late.
My order Never Arrived!
By placing an order on this site, you agree to double checking your address on your receipt after payment as this is where the items will be sent. If you need to make a change, please reply to the order email or email at willowswitchart@gmail.com before the items have been sent.
For packages marked "delivered" but nowhere in sight - sometimes USPS marks the item as delivered 1-3 days before it is actually delivered (feel free to google this/look on reddit as this is an unfortunately common experience). Please take an extra look around your home, ask your next door neighbor, and double check with others who live in your household as you wait these extra few days.
If the package still does show up after marked delivered, contact your local post office as they are the best equipped to help you. You can also complete a missing mail form directly with USPS using this webpage.
Refunds/exchanges/reshipments will not be given for packages marked as delivered with a shipping label that matches the original shipping receipt.
For lost packages not marked delivered or are stuck "in transit," we in general do not offer refunds or replacements because 99.9% of the time they eventually show up or get returned to me, but if your order does not show up after 1 month please contact us at willowswitchart@gmail.com and we will try to look into it (unfortunately no promises!).
If packages return to me, I will offer 1) the opportunity to ship the items to you again if you repay for the shipping fees or 2) you can receive a refund of the order total minus original shipping fees/taxes.
An exception to the above policies is if Priority Mail was selected during checkout or if prior arrangement was made to add insurance as this allows us to help you recover up to $100 in order value once the USPS case has been resolved.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks (disputes filed through PayPal and credit card companies) have the potential to harm small businesses and cost both the seller and buyer time. Please ensure that you have read through all of these policies before placing an order to familiarize yourself with this site's procedures.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at willowswitchart@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you in accordance with our policies. If a chargeback is issued against this site, since the policies have been laid out for everyone, we will consider it evidence of the buyer's fraud-like behavior. We will show evidence (such as time stamp of the buyer's agreement to terms) to get the chargeback disputed. Thank you so much for your understanding in this matter.
General Policy
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws) when using this site. You must not transmit any viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, scammers, resellers, AI users, or distributors.
